Salon Avenue, a salon with a collection of beauty professionals, was experiencing a disconnect between their professional presence on-site vs online. There was little to no brand awareness and prospects were having difficulty understanding the wide variety of services offered and how to contact each stylist.
HOW WE HELPED
Phase 1: Created a cross-functional website design that integrated the Instagram portfolios of each beauty professional and direct ways to contact them. Created clear CTA’s that encouraged users to find and learn more about the stylists. Designed a new contact form that streamlined the communication process between stylist and prospect. Photographed the salon interior to improve social sharing and give prospects a glimpse of the atmosphere they could expect from Salon Avenue.
Phase 2: Led a social rebrand across Instagram and Facebook promoting each one of the stylists work while encouraging viewers to to experience the re-branding both on-site and online.
